Customer Care Management

Once your loan has settled we will post you a folder with all your key documents and a summary of your loan details. This folder is a good storage unit for important documents relating to your property and mortgage … such as loan statements, local council rates, depreciation schedules, lease agreements etc.

We regularly send out email updates so it is important to let us know if your email address changes. If you need to update your details or switch some of your debt to a fixed interest rate for example Kelly Ruddick, the Customer Care Manager, will manage this process for you.

Kelly began working in this business shortly after marrying John in 2009. She is motivated, resilient and a persuasive individual who loves nothing more than helping customers resolve mortgage related issues.

Kelly was born in Shanghai, China and educated in Japan. She has both Bachelor and Master Degree in Economics and graduated with a high distinction from Fukuoka University. Prior to working in this business she worked at Deloittes and Reuters.
